a. Warranty Coverage
(i) Standard Warranty
All products purchased from The B Side include a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, formulated in-line with and limited to the warranty terms extended to us by various manufacturers.
(ii) Extended Warranty Options
Customers may opt to purchase additional coverage for 3 (three) years Extended Warranty – available at an additional cost. Extended warranties provide continued coverage under the same terms as the standard warranty.
b. What is Covered?
This warranty covers:
(i) Structural defects: On the body, neck, and headstock.
(ii) Hardware failures: bridge, tuners, electronics, only due to faulty materials or workmanship.
(iii) Pickups and electronics: pots, switches, jacks with internal defects, only due to faulty materials or workmanship.
(iv) For Amplifiers and Pedals: Failure of parts and build materials only (excluding tubes and speakers).
If a covered defect is found, we will repair or replace the defective part or instrument at our discretion and on a case-to-case basis. In certain cases, we may be required to ship the instrument to the manufacturer for repairs or replacement and the costs resulting from such shipping shall be borne by the Customer.
c. What is not covered?
This warranty does not cover damage caused by, inter alia,:
(i) Customer Induced Damage
(ii) Normal Wear and Tear
(iii) Environmental and External Factors
(iv) Limitations on Coverage

e. Provide Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or invoice or your membership number will be needed to file a warranty claim. We reserve the right to determine whether a repair or replacement is appropriate. Replacements may be of similar value or specification if the original product is unavailable.
f. Limitation of Liability
(i) We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, inconvenience, or damage to other property.
(ii) The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or products.
(iii) Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period.
